These terms apply to the public site at launchandlevelupstudio.com, operated by Launch & Level Up Studio, a Maryland design studio. They are ground rules for the website, not a full client contract and not legal advice.
The site describes our studio, services, writing, and the free analyzer. Details can change. Package prices on the Services page are published starting prices. Final scope and fees are confirmed in writing before work begins.
The analyzer is an estimate tool. Scores and dollar figures are directional, based on your answers and published packages. They are not a quote, a promise of results, or a guarantee of recovered revenue.
Sending the contact form or an email is a request to talk. Please do not send payment card numbers or other sensitive personal data through the form.
The site design, writing, and studio marks belong to Launch & Level Up Studio unless noted. Client work is covered by the agreement for that project. Please do not copy the site to present as your own.
Do not misuse the site, for example by flooding the contact form or attempting to break pages.
The public site is provided as-is. Relying only on the website or the analyzer, instead of a scoped written agreement, is at your own risk.
